By downloading, installing, or using Hopfinity ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of the App

Hopfinity is a free arcade game available on iOS. You orbit spinning neon rings and tap to hop inward, landing on glowing arcs to score. The App is provided "as-is" for entertainment purposes.

3. User Data & Privacy

We collect anonymous gameplay analytics through PostHog to improve the game experience. This includes events such as game starts, scores, and game overs. No personally identifiable information (PII) is collected. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

4. In-App Advertising

Hopfinity is free and supported by advertising provided by Google AdMob. The App displays:

Ad content is provided by third-party networks and is not controlled by Hopfinity. Google AdMob may collect device information for ad targeting purposes in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content within Hopfinity — including but not limited to graphics, animations, sound design, game mechanics, and branding — is the intellectual property of the developer. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as-is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
